Refund policy
All sales are final. Pre-orders are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law (for example, if your order can’t ship on time) or your G Hands arrives damaged, defective or not as described.
If yours arrives damaged, defective or not as described, email info@theghands.com with your order email and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
For the Charity Edition, the donated portion ($4.00 per unit) is not refunded unless the law requires a full refund.
If we can’t ship your order within 30 days of when you placed it, we’ll email you a revised shipping date, and you can cancel for a full refund. Full details are in our terms of sale.
How the Charity Edition donation works
For every Charity Edition sold, 10% of the $39.99 price ($4.00 per unit) goes to the charity matched to the colour you choose. Shipping and tax are not included in the donation.
The donation isn’t refunded unless the law requires a full refund.
Charity names are used to identify where donations go. Their listing does not imply that they endorse G Hands.
